Pool Waiver Form and Pool Key Acquisition Process

Pool Hours: 

6:00 AM - 10:00 PM

Pool Days: 

  • March 1st – Memorial Day (Daily / Unattended)
  • Memorial Day – Labor Day  (Daily)
  • Labor Day - Halloween (Daily/ Unattended) 
  • Halloween – Spring Break - Pool Closed

All residents are required to complete and/or have on file the (click: Pool Waiver and Rules Form ) to obtain pool access. Please complete the form with your current Pool Access Device number (if available)**, Name, Address, Phone Number, Email (if available), and Signature.  Send the completed, printable, form to Spectrum Association Management either by: US mail, Fax, or  Email (if you have scanner capability).

**To acquire a Pool Access Device:

Bring a $30.00 Check or Money Order, made payable to the Hillcrest HOA, to the Spectrum Association Management office, located at 8303 North Mopac Expy., Ste. B120, M-F, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. 

Gaining Access to Association Amenities

The Board of Directors allows each property within the Association to be in possession of 1 (one) pool access devices. Each access device is $30.00 and can be purchased online at www.spectrumam.com, after logging into your homeowner account, or in the Spectrum Association Management office located nearest to you**.

If you are a tenant, please provide a copy of the first and last page of your lease agreement, and an authorization letter from the property owner or managing agent at the time of purchase.

Use Requirements

The following criteria must be met to use the Pool and Facilities:

Note: Must be current on all assessments with a zero balance prior to issuance/activation of a pool access device. Must have a pool access device to enter facility.

Must be a resident member and/or guest of a resident member. A maximum of 4 (four) guests allowed.

  • If your Pool Access Device is not working, please contact Colleen Pritchard at (512) 834-3900 and/or email: access@spectruman.com   , and provide your name,  address,  phone number and card number in order to determine its status.

    A Pool Access Device can fail because:

             1. A current "Pool Waiver and Rules Form" is not on file with Spectrum.
             2. The Pool Access Device has been damaged to a point where it is inoperable.
             3. The Homeowner's Annual Dues are in arrears.
             4. Non-Compliance fines of $100 or more are in arrears.
             5. A temporary electronic access system malfunction.
  • If you require a replacement for a Pool Access Device that has been lost, stolen, damaged, etc., it can be purchased at the Spectrum office located at 8303 North Mopac Expy., Austin, TX 78759 with a check or money order payable to the Hillcrest HOA for $30.  Only a check or money order will be accepted. We cannot accept cash or credit / debit / gift, etc. cards as payment.
